The Speedy Feeder 2.5L is a three-speed bottle manufactured by Shoof International Ltd, in New Zealand. The real benefit of the Speedy Feeder is when you have a fast-drinking calf. Simply change the flow setting to "Fast" and let the calf drink at its own pace. When you have a weak calf born prematurely that needs careful feeding, change to "Stop" or "Slow" and let it drink as much milk as it can handle without choking. The three speeds control the air intake into the bottle and therefore the milk output. This allows the farmer to reduce time wasted on fast drinkers and avoid drowning weaker calves, all using the same bottle and teat. This feeder also features a cleverly designed bottle with a multi-directional, easy-to-grip handle. The teat is mounted low in the lid to completely empty the contents of the bottle and prevent waste. The wide 70mm diameter neck ensures easier filling and cleaning, and the thick screw-on cap is quick and easy to install. The wide base gives the bottle maximum stability when standing.
