Right smack dab in the heart of maple country. Our maple syrup is all natural and 100% sustainable. You'll be glad to know that we are still tapping the very same trees that our ancestors were tapping back in 1912. The year it all began. This auction is for a 28 oz bulk container of pure maple sugar. We take our own Vermont maple syrup and boil it down even more and then beat it as it cools to make granulated sugar. It is one of natures all natural and delicious sweeteners and unlike syrup it has an almost indefinite shelf life and needs no refrigeration after opening. Use it for gourmet cooking or use it as a sweetener for coffee. Try it on ice cream, toast, popcorn, desert or anything else you can imagine. Makes a great addition to any steak or pork rub. It also comes in a 7.5 and 2.5 oz shaker.
